1, chooses which steel type of shelf
In a low temperature environment for steel application will generally have detailed requirements, its materials should have good low temperature toughness and elongation, to prevent brittle damage.
The ordinary carbon structural steel Q235, commonly used in 2, shelves has different grades such as Q235A, Q235B, Q235C, Q235D, Q235E, mainly due to the different temperature of the impact.
A refers to do not do impact, B is above 20℃, C is above 0℃, D is above-20℃, E is above-40℃, A to E is different, is the different impact temperature in their respective performance.
Ordinary carbon structural steel A/B/C/D also represents the different content of trace elements. Due to the different content and components of trace elements, A/B/C/D is getting higher and higher, and its performance is getting better and better in low temperature.

In normal cases, Q235D will be used as the main material of cold storage shelves.Fastener fasteners, usually in low temperature environment using high nickel chromium (e. g. type Cr18Ni9) alloy steel or non-ferrous metal (such. copper, aluminum) data, they generally do not appear low temperature fragility.
