The stacker mainly consists of lower beam, tray, fork mechanism, column, upper beam, horizontal operation mechanism, lifting mechanism, electric control cabinet, safety protection device and electrical control system.

I. Main structure: The main structure of the stacker is mainly composed of upper beam, column, lower beam and control cabinet support. The upper and lower beam types are welded by steel plate and type steel into box structure with good section performance. The running wheel shaft holes on both sides of the lower beam in the ground boring and milling machine ensure the parallel of the main and moving wheel shaft lines, thus improving the operation stability of the whole machine; by square pipe support, two flat steel guide rails are welded on both sides of the square steel pipe. The rail surface is hardened with good wear resistance. In welding, automatic welding technology with special devices is effectively overcoming the deformation of the overall structure; upper beam is welded above the column, column and lower beam are positioned through flange and connected with high strength bolts. The whole theme structure has light weight, torsion resistance, bending resistance, high stiffness and high strength.
II. tray: The tray is a vertical movement part through the power traction of the lifting mechanism, L-shaped structure welded by vertical frame and horizontal frame. The vertical frame is used for the installation of lifting guide wheel and some safety protection devices. The horizontal frame is made of seamless steel pipe to fully meet the requirements of cargo loading.

III. Horizontal operation mechanism: The horizontal operation structure is composed of the power drive and the main and passive wheel group, used for the operation of the roadway direction of the whole stacker equipment.
IV. hoisting mechanism: The hoisting mechanism is composed of driving motor, drum, sliding combination wire rope, used to lift the tray for vertical movement.
V. Fork mechanism: Fork expansion mechanism is a mechanism composed of upper, middle and lower forks, used for access and cargo movement perpendicular to the direction of the roadway. The lower fork is fixed to the tray, and between the three forks are extended straight line differently by chain transmission.

  6. Guide wheel device: The stacker adopts three sets of upper and lower horizontal guide wheel and lifting guide wheel, and the upper and lower horizontal guide wheel is mounted on the upper and lower beam and used to guide the stacker to make horizontal movement along the direction of the roadway. The lifting guide wheel is mounted on the tray, move up and down the column guide rail, guide the vertical movement of the tray, support the load weight through the guide wheel, and pass it to the main structure.
