On December 21,2021, Wuhan an electric enterprise automation stereo library project installation and debugging is completed, the project contains 11321, six roadway 2 sets of circular shuttle system and 5 sets of automatic shuttle car system and 1 set of trunk system, 2 sets of mechanical hand palentizing system, can cooperate to complete finished box automatic transportation, palletizing, wrapping film and the whole dish storage operations. At the same time, WCS integrated monitoring system supports the connection with WMS system. Due to the site limitation of the project, there are many uncertain factors, such as the difficult lifting of stacker, the increase of electrical debugging and the chain connection of third-party equipment, which bring a lot of difficulties to the promotion of the project.

However, in the face of difficulties, our project team members withstood the pressure, overcame all difficulties, and actively solved the problems. In order to ensure the progress of the project, the project team entered the site on the basis of the local epidemic prevention and control. After more than a month of overtime on equipment installation, hardware and software debugging, the shuttle car system and elevated warehouse project was finally successfully delivered to the owner for use, which greatly relieved the inventory pressure of the owner and was fully recognized by the owner.
