3) Information processing: the ability of three-dimensional library information processing, including " information collection, information processing, information query, information communication, business information processing, etc.;

4) Peripheral logistics processing: how to unload, inspect, group plates, and transport the goods to the roadway entrance of the high-rise shelves, and how the goods are removed from the high-rise shelves after dismantling the plates, consolidation, picking, transfer, loading and other processing methods;

5) Human-machine connection ability: the connection between the staff and the system, human-machine interface, information input, inspection and processing of unqualified products, and entering the automatic handling line, etc.

2. Determine the main forms and related parameters of the automatic stereo warehouse After all the original data are collected, the relevant parameters required for the design can be calculated based on these first-hand data,

1) The total requirements for the amount of storage and exit of the whole reservoir area, that is, the throughput requirements of the warehouse;

2) The external dimension and weight of the cargo unit;

3) Quantity of cargo space in the warehouse storage area (shelf area);

4) Combined with the above three points, determine the rows, columns of the storage area and other related technical parameters.

Reasonably layout the overall layout and logistics diagram of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse Generally speaking, the automatic stereo warehouse includes: storage temporary storage area, inspection area, palletizing area, storage area, outbound storage temporary storage area, pallet temporary storage area, unqualified products temporary storage area and sundry area. In the planning, the three-dimensional warehouse does not have to plan each of the above mentioned areas, according to the product characteristics and requirements of different enterprise users can be reasonably divided into each area or increase or decrease area.
