II. Quality inspection planning.
 1. Metal materials with packaging, sampling 5% -10%; all metal materials without packaging visually.
 2. The inspection rate of 10 electromechanical equipment within the storage rate is 100.

 3. The inspection rate of the appearance and quality defects of instruments and instruments should be complete.
 4. The sampling inspection rate of goods prone to moldy, metamorphosis, moisture, discoloration, pollution, insect-moth and mechanical damage is 5% -10%.
 5. The quality shortcomings of the outer packaging should be complete.
