模具货架采用重型货架做为整体框架，在货架柱片上安装导向轨、抽屉盘。一般立柱需用不低于90×70立柱。

模具货架由立柱加拉杆组成柱片，将导向槽安装于柱片之上，上下用横梁连接固定，接着将抽屉盘安装于导向槽内，上好限位销和导向轨，最后铺设顶板。

如厂房内无行吊，还可在货架立柱之上架设天轨和天车，并可安装手动或电动葫芦，天轨采用不低于100×50抱焊横梁。
