我们发现，部分客户只是根据自己的想法，把所需要的仓库货架数量一五一十地罗列出来，包括规格、承重、主副架等，就直接发给仓库货架厂报价了。也没有考虑到如何巧妙地避开仓库的柱子等一些阻碍物，这种操作是不太可取的。

今天就有一个客户，把所有自己大概测量仓库后所需要摆放的搁板货架规格及数量列出来发给我们报价。工程师一看就知道这些参数不合理，如他提供的宽度是1380mm，精确到毫米，而且又不是整数，做精密仪器的才有可能要到这种尺寸，仓库货架是一般不会这么精确的。

后来我们工程师到这个客户那里测量了仓库，发现客户设计的高度也不合适。他们天花板下面是有消防管的，客户为了避开消防管，高度没敢设计高。但是消防管只影响一边，另外一边是不影响的。如果不做，就浪费空间了。

还有其他一些问题就不一一罗列了，总而言之，这个客户给的这些参数是没达到需求的。

所以，建议仓库货架的方案，得让专业的工程师设计评估，能减少很多不必要的时间和麻烦。
