上周一位广州汽配工厂采购通过网络联系到我们公司，希望从我们货架厂采购一种货架，但是具体是什么样的，采购也不清楚，需要我们技术部先为他出设计方案与图纸。该客户仓库主要用来存放PE胶、PE膜、皮料、泡棉等卷料产品。

卷料一般都以电线、铜线，PE胶，PE膜等为主，在卷料中间都会有一根比较牢固的撑杆支撑卷料。卷料在仓库存储所遇到的问题就是存放高度有限制，只能存放在仓库地面的第一层，如果在卷料上存放第二层的话，会增加风险。

其次就是取货很困难，堆放在地面上，每一卷材料都重达500KG以上，不能实现人工理货。如果使用叉车搬运，还需要增加托盘与托盘式货架。必定要增加仓储成本。鼎力设计师为客户量身设计的卷料货架，根据卷料的重量与尺寸大小设计生产。卷料货架的第一个优势就是配合叉车使用存放货物更方便，也不用增加托盘，降低仓储成本，叉车运输货物更加快捷。
