Project introduction: In order to meet the development needs, a frozen food Co., Ltd. and Foshan Sanshui officially signed a frozen food automatic three-dimensional warehouse cooperation agreement, planning and building a comprehensive automatic three-dimensional warehouse system, to ensure the improvement of logistics efficiency, and let its operating costs to be better optimized. This project is a cold storage automatic three-dimensional warehouse, which adopts prefabricated heat insulation maintenance structure. The three-dimensional warehouse is equipped with air cooler, which forms a low temperature air layer in the upper space of the warehouse, which is cooled by convection to maintain the temperature set in the warehouse. The total warehouse reserve of the frozen food automatic three-dimensional warehouse is planned to be more than 10,000 tons, and the single-layer automatic cold storage is 48 meters long, 21 meters wide and 15 meters high. The ground adopts the structured floor practice, with a load of about 8.5 tons / square meter, which can accommodate 12 layers of three-dimensional automatic shelves, stored in-20℃ constant temperature environment, about 8660 tray positions. Compared with ordinary cold storage, automatic three-dimensional warehouse has the advantages of unmanned, automation, high efficiency, intelligent logistics process and high ground flatness. Full intelligent planning of automatic three-dimensional cold storage through advanced automated storage software and hardware system, can realize goods in and out transportation, shelves and the whole process automation, unmanned operation, effectively improve operation accuracy and operation efficiency, bring the user all-round, high quality, one-stop multi-temperature area storage, operation and transportation solutions.
