1. The warehouse is 120m long, 32 m wide, 32 meters high and 12 meters high, with the warehouse area of about (65m long, 32 meters wide);
2. Use to store finished products, packaging is relatively standard, in the tray specifications are: L1.2m*D1.0m, L1.2m*D1.1m two kinds, load: 600kg / bracket, categories are divided into 4-5 categories, 8 hours per day, 100 tray / day;
3. With a budget of about 2 million yuan, the customer hopes to realize manual forklift + automatic storage as far as possible.
Our technical engineer according to the data designed out the two solutions to customer choice, narrow lane shelves + three forklift scheme and shuttle shelves + shuttle + forward forklift scheme, the customer after the scene of our company actual case, and after research, comprehensive evaluation, discussion, finally choose shuttle shelf system.

After the project implementation and completion of commissioning, the expected needs of the customer will be met:
4. With the designated warehouse area, the storage of 3,782 cargo locations is realized to meet the production planning requirements in the next 3-5 years;
5. Equipped with 6 shuttle trucks and 2 three-section 9.5-meter gantry forward forklifts, plus height address recognition and wireless visual system;
